Mary is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor at Pure Health Center. She has particular expertise in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, developmental delays, ADHD and social-emotional issues. Mary was trained and practiced at the Neurofeedback Clinic of Northern Colorado and has been utilizing Neurofeedback to help her clients feel more regulated and meet their treatment objectives since 2016.
Objectives:
– Briefly describe Neurofeedback (EEG Biofeedback) and provide a demonstration
– Explore how it can be used as a complement to psychotherapy to treat Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Addictions, Insomnia and PTSD.
– Discern what clients might benefit from Neurofeedback
– Answer questions about the Neurofeedback process
