Ann Marie is a licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years experience as a wellness professional. She has a passion for helping people be the best they can be. As a therapist, she uses a holistic and integrative approach. She combines psychotherapy and wellness to guide individuals through self-discovery and self-improvement in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Ann Marie primarily works with late teens, young adults, and adult men and women.

Ann Marie earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and did her clinical training at Loyola University-Chicago. She completed her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Michigan in Exercise Science/Health Education. Ann Marie’s wellness experience has been designing, managing, and coaching wellness in the areas of disease management and prevention, tobacco cessation, stress management, fitness, weight management, and healthy living.
In her free time, Ann Marie creates balance in her life with being active and doing things she loves. She enjoys taking dance, yoga, and fitness classes, exploring Chicago’s restaurant/music/theater venues, traveling, volunteering and spending time with her two sons.
