Ashley Moseley earned her Master of Counseling degree from Arizona State University. She has training and practice working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and other presenting concerns. She believes that true healing comes through connection, and uses empathy and compassion to create a strong, genuine therapeutic relationship. Her goal is to create a safe space for clients to share emotions and experiences without judgment. She views the client as the expert to their own life, and aims to serve as a guiding hand for clients as they navigate life challenges.
Ashley primarily uses the following approaches: Interpersonal Processing, Person-Centered, Family Systems, Feminist Therapy, and Somatic Approaches. She explores how clients’ identities affect their lived experiences. Ashley is LGBTQ+-affirming and is passionate about supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Outside of work, Ashley is passionate about music, from singing, to playing guitar, to attending concerts. She is new to the city and is enjoying experiencing the snow after moving from warm weather. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones and cat.
