At Pure Health Center we prioritize our community and our own individual impacts on creating both a workplace culture and a work life balance that is sustainable.  We place a high priority on training and mentoring the next generation of therapists.  We are continually evolving as our industry shifts to ensure we are proactively positioning our team to be future leaders.  

We have been running our internship program for 9 years and have expanded over time to offer placement at all 4 of our locations.  We have hosted past interns from many local universities and are comfortable with partnering with school administration to ensure all requirements are met.

Student Requirements:

• Working towards master’s/doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work or a related field
• Ability to commit to Pure Health Center 16-20 hours per week with minimum of 2 in person evening and weekend shifts
• Will complete electronic notes and documentation within 24 hours of session
• Comfortable with technology as all of our systems are cloud-based
• Must make an effort to take care of your own mental and physical health
• Must have a desire to work in a team environment, being available for supervision, consultation and team meetings
• Willingness to offer 1 hour per week of office support

Desirable Qualifications:

• Expertise/specialized education working with couples or children/adolescents
• Experience in marketing/networking or confidence in your ability to learn
• Career changers with some work experience are typically a great fit
