Welcome to Pure Health Center! Please feel free to book an appointment online or reach out to info@purehealthcenter.com for assistance in determining which therapist could be the best fit. If you are a new client please complete the online forms that will be sent to you through Therapy Portal.
West Loop clients please make sure you receive a call box code from your therapist or search your therapist's name on call box. You will also need a second private code for our suite door. (Please make sure you do not follow someone else in as you will not have access to the 3rd floor from the elevator.) When you come up to the 3rd floor walk past the restroom and Suite 302 will be on your left. Please have a seat in our lobby and help yourself to a refreshment!
Lincoln Park clients please make sure you have received a private door access code from your therapist for our suite which is locked at all times. Please also inquire about a second code for main lobby if you have an evening appointment. Please find a seat in our lobby and help yourself to a refreshment! Restrooms are located through the suite lobby.
Roscoe Village clients please make sure you have received a private door access code from your therapist as our door will be locked at all times. Please find a seat in our lobby and help yourself to a refreshment! Restrooms are located next to the lobby.
Arlington Heights clients please make sure you have received a private door access code from your therapist for our suite. Please find a seat in our lobby and help yourself to a refreshment! Restrooms are located down the hall from our suite and require a key.
All of our licensed psychotherapists are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, BlueChoice, and Aetna PPO plans. Please verify your insurance coverage prior to your appointment. If you would like us to look up for you please fill out the appropriate information in Therapy Portal. However, please note you will be responsible for any portion of the session not covered by insurance for any reason. If you have an out of network insurance plan and will be paying out of pocket, we are happy to provide receipts that you may send to your insurance company for any potential out of network reimbursement. Self-pay rate for psychotherapy is $175/session.
Our graduate interns do not accept insurance, but instead offer services on a sliding scale based on income between $30 and $50.
