As a client, you can expect an active, collaborative therapist who works with you to translate self-awareness and reflection into meaningful, lasting change. She invites clients to slow down, become curious about their inner experiences, and notice the thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and patterns that shape their experiences. Together, you'll explore what may be keeping you stuck, clarify what matters most to you, and practice responding to life's challenges in ways that feel more intentional and aligned with the person you want to be.
Adora holds a Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Cognitive Science, with a Minor in Sexuality Studies, from Rutgers University–New Brunswick. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, cooking, relaxing by the lakeside, advocating for autistic mental health awareness, and spending time with loved ones.
