Alexandra is a dedicated Mental Health Counselor with experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. She is especially passionate about working with individuals with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and has specialized training in OCD treatment. Alexandra also works with individuals experiencing anxiety and mood disorders. Her therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based treatments, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered therapy.

Alexandra believes therapy should be a collaborative process rooted in trust and connection. She approaches each client with curiosity, cultural humility, and compassion, believing that clients are the experts in their own lives. Alexandra's approach to therapy is genuine and warm, and she often incorporates humor into sessions.

Alexandra earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePaul University and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University. Outside the therapy room, Alexandra enjoys long walks around the city, trying out new coffee shops, staying active, and spending quality time with family, friends, and her two cats.
