As the daughter of immigrant parents, I proudly identify as American Ecuadorian. Being bicultural has deeply shaped my perspective as a therapist, and I’m passionate about supporting individuals and families navigating cultural assimilation, identity development, and intergenerational challenges.

As a millennial therapist, I understand the ups and downs that come with building healthy relationships and navigating life transitions. My own experiences in partnership and adulthood allow me to bring a grounded, relatable perspective into my work.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over six years of experience providing compassionate, culturally responsive care to adolescents, young adults, and adults. My work often centers around life transitions, political or community trauma, and family or romantic relationship challenges, including navigating modern dating dynamics.

Many of the clients I work with are in their 20s to 40s and are trying to find comfort in who they are while balancing cultural, relational, and societal pressures. I provide a grounded, collaborative space where you can process difficult emotions, explore your identity, and begin to feel more at ease with yourself and the world around you.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, I strive to create a therapeutic environment that honors your unique story and cultural background. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to live with authenticity and confidence.
