We all have a unique story and Keeva compassionately individualizes her practice to suit your needs and support your journey.

Keeva is a Licensed Social Worker who spent the first eight years of her professional career working in the fast-paced inpatient setting. During that time, Keeva acquired dedication and compassion to tend to adults and adolescents in crisis. Curiosity to understand and tend to human behavior led Keeva to earn a Bachelor of Psychology with a minor in Counseling at Trinity International University. Further igniting her passion for mental health, Keeva obtained a Masters degree in Social Work from Indiana University-Bloomington.

Keeva specializes in children, teens, individuals, and families and has extensive training tending to symptoms of anxiety, eating disorders, depression, mood disorders, and behavioral concerns. Additionally, Keeva has successfully supported individuals facing challenges related to relationships, life changes, and self-discovery. While utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RO-DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), and The Gottman Method. Keeva supports clients in understanding and combating distressing symptoms as well as building and maintaining healthy relationships.

Keeva maintains a thoughtful regard to the courage it takes to seek support. There is a need to be a partner in reducing mental health stigma within our communities. Keeva is excited to form an alliance to support this need with you.

In her free time, you can find Keeva enjoying all things True Crime, prioritizing self-care and solo adventures, as well as spending quality time with loved ones.
