Lily Schor

Graduate Intern Therapist

Lily is passionate about helping young people build resilience and discover their inner strengths.  She is especially motivated to work with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.  Whether it’s dealing with the pressures of school, navigating relationships and family dynamics, or managing the stress of significant adjustments, Lily is here to provide support and guidance.  She believes in empowering her clients to develop healthy coping strategies and achieve their personal goals.  She offers a holistic approach to healing that encompasses mind, body, and soul. Her practice emphasizes a social constructivist approach using evidence-based tools such as acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Lily is a graduate intern attending the Chicago School, pursuing a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has experience working in community mental health.

Lily is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and free of judgment. She believes in setting collaborative treatment goals and working empathically to help clients feel heard and validated on their therapeutic journey.

In her free time, Lily enjoys drawing and art, watching documentaries and reality TV, going on walks, and listening to podcasts.
