Madison is a pre-licensed counselor at Pure Health Center who specializes in working with individuals navigating eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and difficulties with emotional regulation. Madison is especially passionate about helping both men and women better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping with life's challenges. She is passionate about creating a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy while incorporating cognitive-behavioral and somatic-based interventions. She believes that everyone has an innate capacity for growth and healing, and works collaboratively with clients to better understand the different parts of themselves, build self-compassion, and create lasting change. By recognizing the connection between the mind and body, Madison also helps clients develop practical tools to regulate emotions and navigate stress more effectively.

Madison's style is warm, genuine, and compassionate, while remaining thoughtfully direct when needed. She is committed to providing a culturally responsive and affirming environment where clients from all backgrounds feel respected and supported. Madison offers both in-person and telehealth sessions. Following graduation, she plans to pursue advanced training and certification in Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma and crisis counseling, and working with first responders to further expand the care she provides to clients.

Outside of the therapy room, Madison enjoys being outside walking dogs, exploring new parts of the city and local thrift stores, and spending quality time with friends.
