Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

All PHC clinicians are highly trained and able to treat our clients that are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions and/or mood disorders. Please continue to explore our bios if you require a more specialized treatment plan.

We all deserve to be happy and fulfilled in our relationships. However, healthy and meaningful relationships do not come without work. Whether it is with your intimate partner, friends, family or coworkers, the quality of our relationships has a direct impact on our mental health. Erica helps individuals understand how their past experiences, sometimes traumatic, impact their present struggles related to anxiety, stress or depression and often interfere with their ability to cultivate and maintain relationship satisfaction.

Erica works with adults and adolescents struggling with issues related to self-esteem, relationships, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, substance abuse and difficult life transitions. She is also passionate about helping individuals heal from past trauma and uses various trauma-informed treatment modalities in her approach to therapy.

Erica completed her Masters in Counseling Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor.  She also earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Western Michigan University. Prior to attending graduate school, Erica was involved in various facets of the performing arts industry and worked for ten years as a Medical Esthetician in the fields of dermatology and plastic surgery.

When she is not working, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband and two children experiencing all that Chicago has to offer.
