Kelly is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and parents. She specializes in evidenced-based treatment of OCD, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Kelly also works with individuals experiencing relationship concerns, body image concerns, life transitions, and low self-esteem. Kelly is skilled in the delivery of exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP), CBT, and DBT.

Kelly believes that mental health is at the core of overall well being, and she understands that seeking support for yourself or a loved one is not easy. That said, she aims to create a welcoming atmosphere where clients feel comfortable, safe, and connected. In session, Kelly gently and appropriately challenges her clients to make incremental yet meaningful changes in their lives. She also provides clients with effective and practical coping skills so clients can support themselves in and outside of session.

Outside of work, Kelly loves spending time with family and friends, taking her dog for walks, listening to podcasts, and cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers. She also has a raging sweet tooth and is always on the hunt for the best sweets – so far, Big Fat Cookie Co. is on top!
