All PHC clinicians are highly trained and able to treat our clients that are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions and/or mood disorders. Please continue to explore our bios if you require a more specialized treatment plan.

Lucy works primarily with adolescents and young adults experiencing OCD, anxiety and depression. Additionally, Lucy specializes in grief counseling, addressing difficult life transitions, gender identity exploration and specific phobias. Lucy utilizes skills found in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy all with a sprinkle of existentialism. Additionally, Lucy is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) in order to help treat complex anxiety and OCD.

Therapy is not just for when you are in crisis. It can be a space to reflect on past experiences, work towards building stronger relationships and develop new skills.  Lucy’s approach is integrative and tailored to meet the needs of each client. She values collaboration with her clients and believes it is important to work together as a team. As a therapist, Lucy has experience working in many clinical environments such as an inpatient psychiatric hospital, a community mental health program, private practice and an intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization program. It is within these experiences that Lucy’s passion for helping others with a variety of mental health concerns was solidified.

Lucy holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology from DePaul University and a Master’s degree in counseling psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

In her free time, Lucy enjoys thrifting, trying new restaurants in the city and spending time at the lakefront.
