She takes into account the mind-body connection as well as the personal environment that may be impacting one’s overall wellbeing.

She utilizes interventions such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing to help facilitate this change. She has also completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which helps inform her couples therapy practice.
Megan holds an MSW from the University of Denver and received her undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College. She practices her own health and wellness by getting outside to hike or run, spending time with her husband and two dogs, and traveling to see friends and family as often as she can.
