Rodnina specializes in supporting individuals who are managing depression, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. She believes healing is not just about coping but it is about growing, rebuilding, and discovering strength in places you didn’t know existed. Her approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and deeply client-centered, with a strong focus on emotional regulation, resilience, and strengths-based transformation.

Rodnina is a Licensed Social Worker and educational administrator with over 24 years of experience walking alongside adolescents, families, women, and young adults as they navigate life’s most challenging seasons. She holds a Master of Arts in Social Work and Policy Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services Administration with a minor in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University.

Her passion for holistic wellness extends beyond the therapy room, incorporating physical health, mindfulness, and self-awareness as essential components of long-term healing. At her core, Rodnina believes in guiding people through life not fixing them, but helping them rediscover their own clarity, confidence, and courage.

Rodnina treasures time with her family, especially her three children, when they are home from college. She enjoys working out, spending time outdoors, and encouraging others to pursue both emotional and physical wellness as part of their life journey.
