Stephanie works with teens, adults of all ages, and couples to help them cope and thrive through life’s challenging transitions. With special sensitivity to trauma, depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem, Stephanie supports clients in exploring internal and external challenges to develop healthy strategies for moving forward. She is particularly passionate about working with themes related to grief, loss, end-of-life, and reproductive mental health concerns. She also works with couples to navigate complex relationship dynamics and parenting stress.
Stephanie is dedicated to ensuring clients feel supported, recognized, and validated through the power of a strong and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Through her warmth, non-judgmental curiosity, and empathy, clients are encouraged to integrate their experiences into an acceptance of self. Stephanie combines mindfulness with evidence-based practices such as narrative therapy or DBT to help clients connect with their strengths and resilience.
Before pursuing a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology at The Chicago School, Stephanie was an artist and yoga instructor trained in trauma-sensitive yoga and guided relaxation. These experiences inspire and motivate her to empower clients to make the changes they would like to see in their lives.
Stephanie continues to create art and loves visiting galleries, running, yoga, and gardening. She is grateful every day for her family and her dog, Watson.
