Our team provides specialized psychological evaluations informed by advanced training in immigration-related assessment, ensuring every report meets the standards required by attorneys, courts, and USCIS.
We offer evaluations for hardship waivers, asylum cases, VAWA petitions, U visas, T visas, and cancellation of removal. Our approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in a strong understanding of the legal context of these cases.
During your evaluation, we create a supportive space to share your story. We assess emotional and psychological impact with support and care, then provide a thorough, well-organized report that clearly explains our clinical findings and supports your legal team.
Things To Note:
- Fees: Comprehensive Immigration Evaluations are self-pay services and are not covered by insurance. The standard fee is $1,000, which includes the intake interview, full evaluation, written report, and collaboration with your attorney. Court support is available for an additional fee.
- Timeline: Immigration evaluations are a short-term, focused process, not ongoing therapy. The standard timeline is approximately one month from intake to completion of the written report. Expedited timelines may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability.
