All PHC clinicians are highly trained and able to treat our clients that are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions and/or mood disorders. Please continue to explore our bios if you require a more specialized treatment plan.

Jack is a Pre-Licensed Professional Counselor and Mental Performance Consultant dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s pressures, build resilience, and perform at their peak. He specializes in supporting clients through anxiety, ADHD, depression, life transitions, and emotional regulation.

Grounded in a person-centered framework, Jack integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to give clients practical, real-world tools. He views the therapeutic relationship as the cornerstone of meaningful growth, creating an engaging, down-to-earth environment where clients feel heard and supported. Whether meeting in an office, working on the gym floor, or a virtual space, Jack weaves in mindfulness, humor, and systemic insight to meet people where they are.

Beyond clinical therapy, Jack provides specialized mental performance consulting for high school and collegiate athletes. His background includes training championship fencers, athletes specializing in basketball, soccer, rowing, water polo, etc., and numerous individuals entering college athletics. He helps performers manage high-stakes anxiety, sharpen focus, build unshakeable confidence, and raise awareness of motivations they already hold. Jack believes sustainable change comes down to compounding progress: small, intentional habits today that create monumental leaps tomorrow.

Jack holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Pepperdine University, along with dual master's degrees from Adler University: an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and an M.S. in Sport and Human Performance. Outside the session room, he enjoys staying active and being outside (yes even in the winter), catching new films, attending sporting events, and spending an evening finding the best new recipe in the kitchen with his partner.
